What qualifications do I need?
The ideal qualifications are listed below. If you are interested, but do not have these qualifications, we still encourage you to reach out.
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Three or more academic publications.
- Specialization in any of the following areas: marketing, strategic management, international business, information systems & business analytics, accounting, finance, entrepreneurship, organization & human resource management, procurement & supply chain management

How much time will I spend?
Teaching Responsibilities
- Fellows will co-teach courses alongside UCU lecturers.
- Content delivery constitutes approximately 16 hours over one-month modules.
- Single-session, topic-specific seminars are also welcome.
Thesis Supervision Responsibilities
- One hour per week meeting with student.
- Two email exchanges per month to guide students on their research progress.
